Privacy Policy
Synqube is private by design. We don't run a backend, we don't collect personal data, and your streams never touch our servers.
Last updated: June 2026
No servers in the middle
Synqube connects two browsers directly using WebRTC. Your screen stream and chat messages travel peer-to-peer and are never stored, logged, or routed through our infrastructure.
End-to-end encryption
Every WebRTC connection is encrypted by default (DTLS-SRTP). Only you and the peer you connect with can see the shared screen or read the messages.
No accounts, no profiles
There is no sign-up, no login, and no personal information collected. We do not build profiles or sell data — there is simply nothing to sell.
Signaling codes are temporary
The short 4-letter room code is only used to help two browsers find each other to start a connection. It is ephemeral and discarded once your session ends.
Minimal local storage
We store a single preference on your own device — whether sound effects are on or off. It never leaves your browser and you can clear it anytime.
Recordings stay with you
If you record a session, the file is generated and downloaded entirely on your device. We never receive a copy.
Questions?
